About Keystone: four generations on the same streets
Keystone is a family-owned property rental agency that has been restoring and renting apartments for over 125 years. The Abramsky family have been renting properties in this neighbourhood for four generations, since Joseph Abramsky came to Kingston in 1890.
Our office is at 184 Sydenham Street, in the middle of the neighbourhood our tenants live in. If you ever need anything, our team is only a few minutes away.

Bridget Mignault is a recent Queen's University graduate, and the newest addition to the Keystone Team, bringing a background in marketing and community engagement in Kingston's downtown. Born & raised in Kingston, Bridget knows what makes our community so special. From campus life, to the energy of downtown, she understands what students and young professionals are truly looking for in a place to call home.
