Keystone Property Management Inc (“us”, “we” or “our”) operates this website (the “Site”). This page tells you what the Site collects when you use it, how we use it, and who can see it.
What you send us
The Site collects personal information only when you fill in one of its forms:
- Viewing requests, the waitlist, questions, commercial enquiries, local business features and the newsletter sign-up: your name, email address and phone number (if you give one), your message, and the answers to that form’s questions, such as your move-in month, budget, number of bedrooms, and the buildings and units you choose.
- Maintenance requests: your name, building and unit, phone number and/or email address, a description of the problem, and a photo if you attach one.
We use it to reply to you, to arrange viewings, to tell you when a unit that matches your waitlist request opens, to send the newsletter you signed up for, and to look after maintenance. Your request goes to our office system, where our leasing and maintenance staff can read it.
Log data
Like most websites, the server that delivers the Site records what your browser sends with each request. This log data may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, and the time and date of your visit. Our hosting provider keeps these logs so the Site can be kept running and secure.
Cookies and trackers
The Site does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Building pages show a map. The map images are loaded from OpenFreeMap, so when a building page opens, your browser contacts that service, which can see your IP address and browser details.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure. We use commercially reasonable means to protect it, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you would like to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date above shows when the wording last changed.
