Yes. Every Keystone building is in downtown Kingston, a 12 to 17 minute walk from Queen's University and 16 to 20 minutes from Kingston General Hospital. Hotel Dieu Hospital is closer still, at 2 to 8 minutes.
Of our buildings, 6 are in Sydenham Ward, 14 are near Skeleton Park and 1 is in the University District. 336 Princess Street is a couple of minutes' walk from Williamsville.
Twelve months. A full-year lease covers the academic year and the summer, which suits graduate students and professionals who stay in Kingston year-round.
Generally utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Some units in select buildings include heat or other utilities, ask us for the breakdown on a specific unit.
