A copy of your photo ID and a credit reference, usually a credit score report. We also ask for a contact for a previous landlord.

Can I sign a lease from out of province before I move to Kingston?

Yes. We show units online, and leases are signed electronically.

Twelve-month leases only. Keystone does not offer eight-month or short-term rentals.
